  • To keep up your energy high and avoid the sluggish and burnout feeling through out the day, plan a healthy and balanced menu for Suhoor and Iftaar.
  • Avoid fried and oily items.
  • Drink water.
  • Cut down on caffeine and sugary drinks.
  • Have fresh juices and fruits.
  • Eat dates in Suhoor and Iftaar. They keep you energized through out the day.
  • Don’t eat and drink so much that you can’t keep your eyes open, making it harder for you to attend Salah and Taraweeh.
